Reading Challenge 2023

Brady Conners is hardly the settling type, but when tragedy strikes in his family, he has no choice but to return home to Hope, Oklahoma. Setting up shop to work on custom motorcycles and pass the time, Brady has no intention of letting anyone get close--until he meets Megan. Pastry shop owner Megan Lee is drawn to quiet, brooding Brady. Their connection is undeniable, and it quickly develops from physical attraction into something much stronger. But with Brady putting up barriers, Megan is afraid to truly open her heart--unless she can convince him to let go of the past . . .
I've had such fun reading this series. You'll fall in love with the characters of Hope, Oklahoma. I really loved reading Brady and Megan's story. The romance was so sweet. Megan is hard working and loves to create wonderful, tasty, sweet treats. Brady works hard and keeps his head down. All he wants is to make enough money to start his own business anywhere but in Hope.

The romance between Brady and Megan isn't a in your face one. Brady really doesn't want to start anything with her but can't help himself.

I totally understood why Brady didn't want to stay in Hope and why he was working so hard to get out of it. Sadly, he was looking at the town as a child. He has trouble staying away from Megan. She is a sweet loving woman, and he enjoys being around her.

Not only will you get their story you get to enjoy visiting with the people of Hope. Don't Let Go is a easy read that you'll enjoy. I will say that with so many of the past characters in it this series is best read in order.
