Today we have the release day blitz for Lydia Michaels’ Sugar! Check it out and be sure to get your copy today!  Title: Sugar Author: Lydia Michaels Genre: Contemporary Romance About Sugar: Avery Johansson is borrowing against her youth and beauty to afford a better future by working as a sugar baby. Men think she’s everything they desire, soft, delicate, and able to stroke their fragile egos with a mere sweep of her lashes. The more they pay, the sweeter she becomes. If only they knew the woman behind the façade. Oh, she could bring them to their knees, make them beg, and unburden their minds to a point of ecstasy. The true Avery doesn’t care for roses. She prefers the thorns. Because behind her beautiful exterior, she’s more leather than lace, and beneath the sugar there’s nothing but spice. The only thing missing is a strong and submissive man to make everything nice. Noah Wolfe is used to getting exactly what he wants when he wants, and as he sets his sights on Avery Johansson,

Mallory Maitland knows all too well what it's like to feel abandoned, which is why she's sworn never to give up on her two stepsons - her late husband's children. But when the teens land in hot water, she's got a whole new problem: how to resist the caring and incredibly hot Chief of Police Gabriel Buchanan. All Mallory wants is to give the boys a magical holiday. She doesn't need the distraction of wondering what it would be like to kiss Gabriel under the mistletoe. After his wife died, Gabriel left his job as an adrenaline-chasing New York City homicide detective to focus on raising his three sons. But back in Highland Falls, he doesn't have to go looking for trouble. It finds him - in the form of a beautiful neighbor and her troublemaking stepchildren. With Gabriel's mother-in-law looking for any excuse to gain custody of his sons, Gabriel can't risk getting involved with Mallory, even though she's the only woman capable of making this Christmas

Today we have the release day blitz for SUNSETS AND SOMEDAYS, a 425 Madison Ave book! Check it out and be sure to grab your copy today! Title: Sunsets and Somedays Author: S.L. Sterling Series: 425 Madison Ave About Sunsets and Somedays: Ben I know why I lost her. I was too serious. I was too practical. I was grounded when I should’ve been dreaming about forever with Jess. Over time, this wore on her, all her big exciting ideas and all the ways I shut them down. No wonder she handed me my ring back and left town. No wonder she hadn’t been back in ten years. No wonder she’d married someone else, leaving me with memories of sunsets at the beach and then somedays we planned for the future we’d never live. So, I built a lift without her. My father and I opened the second division of Sunset Builders in New York, and to my surprise, I stayed busy, almost busy enough not to notice the loneliness. While I was on a job site, my little sister booked an appointment with a woman who liv

Review: Say I Do by Cynthia Eden

She hates him. Dexter Ryan is smug. Arrogant. Manipulative. And he is also…Lacey Amari’s new partner. Well, her partner on one case. A case she doesn’t even want to take, but when Dex—CIA super operative and all around puppet-master—basically blackmails her, she has no choice. Then he asks her the big question… Will you marry me? The proposal isn’t real. It’s just an undercover assignment. Dex needs Lacey to be his fake fiancée for a case. Not exactly her dream job. But, she’ll do it. He wants her to pretend to be head over heels in love with him, he wants her help on a dangerous investigation in a remote ski lodge, and he…wants her? Their desire isn’t pretend. Dex doesn’t work well with others and handling a case with a partner in close proximity—as in 24/7 close—isn’t his normal style. He’s pulled Lacey into the investigation because she is smart and resourceful, and maybe because he knows a secret about her that could prove to be very useful to him. After all, Dex uses people all th

This year we will be doing covers that match a theme we've picked for that month. Here's a  link  to see what we'll be doing this year.  For September I'm doing #I'veGotaCoverforYou  So for September, I have to pick covers that I think  Cyndi @ Born to Read Books  would enjoy. I'm pretty sure this one will be one.

Review: Blue Sky Cowboy Christmas by Joanne Kennedy

Image
Joanne Kennedy's sexy cowboy romances feature the rugged and lonely Wyoming range, where the nearest neighbors are miles away and the climate is brutal for man and beast. This beautiful and sensuous tale takes place at the holidays, when a lonely cowboy is more desperate than ever to connect with the woman of his dreams. This is the first time I've read this author. I saw the great cover and the fact that it was a holiday book and I was in.  I really enjoy trying new authors. Sometimes it's a hit were others not so much. Unfortunately for me, this one is not so much. I did like both Griff and Riley and liked the idea of the story but just couldn't get into it.   I felt for Riley and her past issues. I know she has problems even today with what she did in her past. It's sometimes hard to move on.  At times Griff was a little harsh with her and I didn't enjoy that. I know he's a good guy and you do see that which is why in the end I ended up liking him.  The
