Here's a bit on how my week went
I read two good books last week, Max Wilde's Cowboy Heart by Jennifer Ryan and Bayou Beloved by Lexi Blake. I loved both of them. I can't wait to review them for you. After that I had some issues getting through anything else. I just can't seem to find something good to read. Fingers crossed the one I started last night works for me.
All has been going well this week with my internet and computer, so I have posted for you. I will be spending at least a part of this weekend trying to come up with new topics for my posts. I try my best not to use the same over and over again.
I'm still enjoying my cooking shows. So happy to be watching Top Chef. I like their idea for this season. I already have my favorites. Other than my cooking shows I haven't really been into anything much. Loving Will Trent and East New York. Plus I was a bit surprise but I ended up enjoying Animal Control. Happily I'm still watching reruns of Modern Family and Bob's Burger.
I didn't try and new recipes this past week. I made a bunch of dishes that made it easy to have leftovers. Sometimes I get tired of cooking and I think I'm hitting that wall again. All that means for me is that I need to recharge and take a break for a few days. Then I find something great to try and I'm back to cooking.
It's raining here in my part of IL. Thankfully. In other parts they got snow. I don't want any more snow. I don't have plans really for the weekend. I might to a project at home. My kitchen cabinets are an old wood and we painted the outside a long time ago and they still look really good but I'd love to do the inside too. So maybe I'll go buy some white paint. Make it brighter inside for me to see everything. As you can tell nothing really exciting going on.
How was your week? Any plans for the weekend?
