Book Review: Want Me by Cynthia Eden

No one does a hero like Cynthia Eden. Her heroes are dark, mysterious, and sexy as hell. You'll love them and Lex will show you why. 

You won't be able to stop yourself from falling for Lex. He's the greatest guy. He has fallen for a woman that his friends think is up to no good and is doing his best to keep her safe even if she doesn't want him to. 

Sophie has fought hard for everything she has. Now someone is out to hurt her and she has no idea who. Could it be someone she defended or is it her best friend Ethan? Hell, you even have to wonder if it's one of the guys from her past. 

You learn right away that there is more to Sophie than what meets the eye. She comes off as this tough woman who cares about no one and will protect the scum of the earth in court. But what you really have is a very caring woman who has a friend back no matter what. 

Lex is perfect for her. He knows she has a past and he still will stand with her. For much of the story, he takes crap from his partners and best friends because of what he feels for Sophie. They worry that she's using him and leading him down a dark tunnel that he might not be able to survive. 

I really enjoyed these two. I like when a character shows everyone one side of them and as a reader, you get to learn about all the other facets of their beings.  Want Me is action-packed and you'll feel like you are on a non-stop ride. It's very enjoyable and you'll love the characters in it. Who doesn't love a hot, hero guy? Have any of you read her?
