For me, surprisingly this has turned out to be a great series. Let me explain, I wasn't sure how I felt about heroes that were with the mob. Bad guys turning good? Not sure if that would work.
The author did a wonderful job of making you see that there was more to the brothers then what meets the eye.
Got it Bad is the third book in the Bad Boys Gone Good series and the only one of the brothers who wasn't in the mob. In fact he was going to school to become a lawyer. Weird right, two brothers are mobsters, one a soon to be lawyer.
Who would have thought it!
You have to really feel bad for Kellan. He didn't do anything to be put in the position he's in. That was all his brothers. I think he really handled it very well. He could have been so mad at them that he walked away from them, never to see them again, but he didn't. Instead he stood with them but kept growing as a person.
He's a character that I really liked. Now don't think for a minute I didn't like his brothers too, because as characters they are great. They are really great guys but they knew what they were doing and what their life choices could get them. Kellan was the only one not in the what for.
What surprised me was the fact that Delaney was his heroine. I knew they had chemistry but they are on two sides of the law. At least in the beginning. You'll have to read the story to figure out that tidbit.
I loved Got it Bad and reading about how Kellan and Delaney came together and fell in love. I really enjoyed their story and was so happy for them. They are really perfect together and just plain work. This turned out to be a wonderful romance.
I would read this series in order it will work better that way.
