Rescuing Eliza is pure instinct for tech genius Aidan Caine. At first, putting the renovation of his lakeside guest lodge in Eliza's hands assuages his guilt—until he sees how quickly he could fall for her. Having focused solely on his business for years, he never knew that what his life was missing was Eliza and her little girl. But is he willing to risk hoping for a yuletide romance that could lead to forever?
Ever since I used this book on one of my (Un) Forgettable Friday I knew that I would have to read, and soon. As much as I love the idea of Christmas in July I don't often read Christmas themed book in the month of July. Once in a while I do watch some of the Christmas shows on Hallmark.
Not sure what got into me but this month I've had on the Hallmark channel non-stop and this is the second Christmas themed book that I read.
I'm so glad that I finally got around to reading Snow Angel Cove. I really enjoyed it. The story held all those things I love about a good romance book, heck, a good Christmas movie too. Being snowed in, decorating for Christmas and falling in love when you don't expect too.
This book had it all. Did I also mention it had wonderful characters that I really liked too? Well it did. Not only will you love Eliza and her daughter you'll also love Aidan and the crew that comes with him. And believe me when I say that it is a huge crew.
Snow Angel Cove might start off her new series but his brothers and sister had their stories in the prior series. So it looks like I will have to finish that series then come back to this one. Since we meet them all I want to enjoy their stories first hand.
It's not often that I read a book and all have positives to say. Usually I have a few negatives because you can't like everything even from a book you are enjoying. But to be honest I didn't find fault. I just really enjoyed the story. I wan't to be in that home enjoying the holidays with them. The author did a wonderful job of dropping me into the story. Unfortunately I had to leave, so many more books to read.
If you've read Snow Angel Cove or anything else by RaeAnne Thayne I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks for visiting and happy reading! ♡
