After a hot hook-up on New Year’s Eve, Crystal Donovan plans to avoid Jamie Westcott, which could be difficult, given the size of Ribbon Ridge. But she’s only there a few days doing research on the town’s history then it’s back to her glam life in LA. When his family holds the key to unraveling a century-old mystery she has to seek him out—and the sparks are still flying.

Jamie Westcott works his ass off to repay his college loans, which doesn’t leave much time for other commitments. Crystal’s a perfect fling: she’s fun and sexy and, best of all, they have little in common and she lives somewhere else. Only, the more time they spend together the closer they get, despite their intent to keep things casual.

When everyone learns Crystal sold a screenplay exposing the dark secrets of Ribbon Ridge—and Jamie’s family—she becomes the town pariah. Jamie won’t leave and Crystal can’t stay—can love show them another way?

I really love both this series and the Ribbon Ridge series from Darcy Burke. She has this way of taking your heart and ripping it right out of your chest one second and then the next you are laughing at something the characters are doing.

You really have to love that in a writer. I know I do!

We have finally come to Crystal's book. I have to say since she was first introduced I couldn't wait for her book. I wondered who she was going to be paired with and I think Burke did a good job or setting her up with Jamie. They both seem to mesh well.

Both characters are strong and independent, Crystal a little or should I say a lot more financially speaking but Jamie will get there. Starting a new business takes money.

I really liked that she made these charcters a little flawed, very real. Jamie is so smart yet he doesn't always make great decisions, like with his day trading. Crystal on the other hand doesn't think she's smart at all and has issues in her past she needs to take care of.

A little bit of drama with these two but that's a good thing. I really enjoyed their romance, you could really feel their chemistry. These two not only couldn't keep their hands of each other they truly liked each other.

I'm also glad we finally learn all about the mystery that started in So Good. You really feel complete, that we learned what we needed to learn. Of course it was more then what I'm saying but I really want you to be able to enjoy it by yourself. I don't want to give to much away.

After finishing So In Love I'm a little worried on what's coming next? Will she continue in this town or more to another with a whole new series. I hope the author will shortly let us know because I'm so nosy.

If you haven't yet read this series or the Ribbon Ridge series you are missing out. I would personally start with the Ribbon Ridge series then move on to the Love on the Vine series. The stories will all work better that way. Winter is coming and these books are perfect for those cold snowy days.

If you've read So in Love or any other book by Darcy Burke I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks for visiting and happy reading! ♡
