The Wilder Series #3

T.J. Wilder is the perfect package of breathtaking adventure and raw sex appeal. Even better, he’s about to reconnect with the one woman he’s never been able to forget…

Get Your Pulse Racing

To Harley, the landscape around Wishful, California, is exhilarating, untamed, and more than a little dangerous. The same could be said for T.J. Wilder, who’s invited himself along on her trek to study a rare coyote. Harley’s career is riding on this trip, and she doesn’t need a stubborn, incredibly sexy distraction. But T.J. is a professional guide who knows when to stay back and when to provide invaluable expertise-just like he’s done since they were in high school. And Harley, as usual, is torn between throttling him and giving in to the raw attraction that’s been smoldering all these years.

T.J. knows how proud and capable Harley is, but he’s damned sure not letting her put herself at risk when there are illegal hunters in the area. She needs him, with the same soul-stirring urgency that he’s always craved her. And here, in this beautiful place days from civilization, he’ll finally have a chance to prove it-over and over again…

I am not sure why I got behind on this series Oh yeah, I remember now, they first came out in trade size and after a while you have to stand firm and hope they come out in mass-market or ebook. I'm happy to say that they did.

Jill Shalvis is one of those authors that I know I going to enjoy the book even before I start it. Most of the time I really love her books. Not all of them are a "hit out of the park" reads. But even the ones that aren't, are good!

It really must suck to be her. So much love coming her way from all of us who love her books!

I was lucky with Instant Temptation, not only did I do a catch up book, but I also read a book that's been siting on my shelve for a long while. I think the it was reissued in November 2012. I really need to learn to read faster.

Instant Temptation ties up the Wilder Series. It's about J. T. Wilder and Harley Stephens. You get a feel for both of them from the prior books and also kind of figure out that there are some feels for each other.

Oh boy was there. These two work! From the second the decided to have a little fun with each other you could see how well they matched up. Of course they didn't see it as clearly as I did. They should have just asked me!

Of course they both run into some issues with each other, and don't know how to be open up and talk to each other. But hey, that's part of our enjoyment.

I'm so glad I finished this series and caught up on her. At least for this one book. I do have other books of hers sitting around waiting to be read. You'll really enjoy the trilogy. Each book is done well and the characters move from book to book.

Not only will you get a good story, you'll get a few laughs too. A plus in my book.

If you've read Instant Temptation or any other book by Jill Shalvis I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks for visiting with me and happy reading!

    3. I do like when she does her trilogies. Those are easier to get caught up on.

    1. It's so easy for books (series) to fall on the wayside. We have way to much to read.
