Review & Giveaway: Betting on the Wrong Brother by Cathryn Fox
Betting on the Wrong Brother
A What Happens in Vegas Story
By: Cathryn Fox
Releasing February 8, 2016
He may be at a romance readers’ convention, but a naked woman in the elevator is not what horror writer Ryan Wheeler expects. Now he can’t take his eyes off of her—and not just because he saw her naked, though her luscious curves certainly aren’t helping the matter. She’s beautiful, funny, snarky…and a complication he doesn’t need.
Running into her teen heartthrob while naked wasn’t exactly part of romance novelist Andi Palmer’s weekend plans. Worse, he doesn’t recognize her and gives her a fake name. Years ago, he shot her down in the worst possible way, and now this? It’s time for a little down-and-dirty revenge.
Ryan’s more than a little turned on by this good girl who wants to be bad. But things aren’t what they seem, and the secrets they’re keeping from one another might just end this sexy little rendezvous before it ever begins….

How did I not know about this series! It calls to me on so many levels. I love the idea of of a bunch of authors writing a series about a book convention. How cool is that!
The really great part is that I've gone to many book conventions and at one of them I was able to meet and get many books signed by Cathryn Fox. In fact, I think it was at a RT convention in Florida (here's another funny, that convention is in Vegas this year) I remember there was a tent involved. The fun never stops at conventions so some of the fact can get fuzzy.
Okay, enough about that. Lets get back to the review. As you can tell from the above comments I really enjoy Cathryn Fox. She writes wonderful story that are well-written with characters I like reading about. She adds the perfect amount of sexy that heats up the pages. Everything you want in is story.
I know you can tell that I like the idea for Betting on the Wrong Brother. But aside from the convention part of it I liked the idea of a woman being reunited with the boy of her dreams (he's now a man. And neither the boy or man are the person of her dreams) Not that it mattered the boy turned out to be a jerk after all.
Now here she is with him (really his brother) and she's all set for payback for those hurt feelings. But of course she's a good person and can't really hurt him. One of the reasons I like Andi. In reality she is perfect for Ryan, they match. You'll enjoy going alone for the ride as they get to know each other.
I wonder if Andi's girlhood dream boy will ever get his story?
