Review: The Opposite of Right by Christi Barth

The Opposite of Right
Book 1 in The Bad Decisions Trilogy
Release date: 11/3/15

Kylie Stafford has spent her whole life doing exactly what’s expected. The right major, the right sorority, the right guys, just like her mother and her sister before her. But when everything falls apart for her, Kylie wonders if doing everything right has been utterly wrong. There’s only one way to find out.

She decides to try making all the wrong choices for three months. Hit on a tattoo-covered rock musician? Check. Go back to his dressing room for a hot hook-up against the wall? Gulp. Drop everything to be a roadie for him to binge on more of the best sex of her life? Maybe. Start falling for him despite her better judgment? Um….yeah. Figure out why doing everything that seems wrong feels so darn right?

Hi everyone! Today I'm reviewing The Opposite of Right by Christi Barth. When I was first asked to review it I wasn't sure if I should. To be honest...why do I feel like I'm confessing to a huge sin here?..I'm not a big fan of books with music themes in them.

But I've enjoyed other books by Barth and this is more a novella size so I thought...why not!

I'm glad I did. I really enjoyed it. I found it to be a cute, fun read that moved very quickly. I also really liked the characters. Kylie's life seems to be in the crapper right now so what's a girl to do??? Maybe bang a musician? Naughty, I know but what fun!

Plus Cam is HOT!!!!

What more could you ask for?

Like I said, I really enjoyed this and would read another in this series. I know...shocking...a  lot can be said about good writing. Even the themes your not a fan of can become something you like when it's written well.

If you've read The Opposite of Right, or any other books by Christi Barth I'd love to hear your thoughts! Thanks for stopping by and happy reading!
