Book Club Thursday: Reading Challenge 2015

Welcome back to Book Club Thursday!

Today we are doing our Reading Challenge post. We only have few more months left to go after this month. I can't believe how fast the days are going. With so few of the challenges needing to be done it's getting harder and harder to find a book to fit them. Of course that's what makes it so much fun.

Here's this years list...

1. Read a book with a hero's name that gives you that warm feeling. Link For Post

2. A book that makes you cry.

3. A book with a one word title.

4. A book with a single father. Link For Post

5. A place that you've always wanted to visit.

6. A book with the words LOVE or KISS in the title. Link for Post

7. A book with poor reviews in RT Book Reviews or Goodreads (if u use Goodreads most of the reviews should be bad or RT like two stars) Link For Post

8. A book with non humans (can be paranormal or a book with dogs or cats or animals part of the plot line) Link For Post

9. A book you finish in a day. Link For Post

10. A book written by a author who has your initials. Link for Post

12. A book set in the future. Link For Post

This month I picked....

3. A book with a one word title

Katy Manfred is tired of being sent on wild goose chases by her boss. Her latest job is the worst one yet. Roger wants her to go to La Brea Tar Pits to trap a saber-tooth tiger. Talk about impossible! They haven’t existed for over eleven thousand years. The hunter is about to become the hunted.

Kegar knew he shouldn’t have snuck off the Phantom Warrior ship without permission, but he was eager to begin his search for a mate. The last thing he expected was to be shot in the flank by a beautiful blonde bent on making a science project out of him. Naked and back in his human form, Kegar finds the woman of his dreams bending over him. What’s a feline in heat to do? Why pounce of course.

It’ll take all Kegar’s sensual skills to bring out the hidden wildcat in Katy and convince her that she’s his mate. Luckily, this big cat is more than up to the task.

My thoughts...

I haven't read a Jordan Summers in a long time so when I was trying to figure out what I was going to do for by Reading Challege this title jumped out at me.

I really love her Atlantean's Quest series!

Just a heads up Summer's writes a more sexy story. So if you blush easily you might want to think twice. I'd read it anyway! Her books are really very good!

I love Sabertooth. It's really a very short story, about 80 pages. Sometimes short stories can feel incomplete, especially ones that are under 100 pages. But this didn't have that feel to it.

I didn't feel cheated.

I really enjoy Sabertooth. It is a very sexy, funny story with great characters.

I really want to read the other books in the series. If they are as good as this one, I'm in for a treat.

If you've every read this book or any other books by Jordan Summer's I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Make sure to stop by my fellow Book Club Thursday Bloggers and see which challenge the are doing today!
