Davis, who studied English at Penn State, likens herself to a
croissant: crusty, wrinkled, flaky—and best served with strong
coffee. After a career as a technical writer, she’s spending her
retirement playing fairy godmother to her characters, giving them
their happily-ever-afters. Six fantastic, talented kids call her
“Grandma” and brighten her world in so many ways. She lives in
Southern Virginia with her husband, author Calvin Davis.

I am such a huge fan of Vonnie Davis. Her books just make me happy. I often find myself either laughing or crying when I read them. Her writing has a way of pulling such emotion out of you. A Highlander's Passion is book two in her Highlander's Beloved Trilogy. It's about Bryce ( sexy bear shifter) and Kenize (a witch). These two have such a past. Some good, and some not so much. Their story is a real roller coaster ride. A ton of ups and downs until you get to a very satisfying ending. Along the way you get to visit with Bryce's cute daughter Colleen, and laugh your backside off with Effie. You won't be able to put the book down. I can't wait for Ronan's story which isn't out till October 8th. What a killer wait! Make sure to get your copy of A Highlander's Passion on April 7th! Happy reading!
