Sure to please fans of erotic romance, Lea Griffith’s All or Nothing series returns to the deepest places of longing and obsession.

Three years ago, Ruthie Copeland ran away from an erotic connection that shook her to the core. Now she realizes that Tobias Edwards is the only man who can give her what she craves. Determined to reignite the dangerous flame between them, Ruthie seeks him out at The Underground—and discovers a changed man. Though Ruthie, blind since childhood, cannot see the scars on Toby’s face that forced him to seal off his heart, her gentle submission eases the pain of her body’s only Master.
Toby stopped feeling after Ruthie left, stopped expecting to find release in meaningless dominance play. Now that Ruthie has taken their dance to the limits of ecstasy, Toby’s lost in a haze of sensation. Yet the enemies that left him disfigured may reappear at any moment. Ruthie’s love gives him the strength to face those who seek to break him, but Toby fears he must leave her to save her life.

More is an erotic romance intended for mature audiences.

Romancing the Readers welcomes Lea Griffith! Thank you for stopping by and sharing with us today!

Thank you so much for having me. It’s my first visit and I’m excited to be here with you!

I’m Lea Griffith and I’m here to talk smexxy times. I write a little bit of everything, but my love right now is romantic suspense and erotic romance. I love action and intense romance and both of these subgenres allow me to explore that love. I grew up (seriously, I used to sneak my mother’s romance novels at a very young age) on the greats, Woodiwiss, McNaught, Garwood, and while I’ve added to that list over the years, I write my own stories now because the voices won’t leave me alone until I tell their story.

My upcoming release is MORE, book 2 in the All or Nothing series. It is a contemporary erotic romance series, hence my desire to talk smexxy times. I’ve often wondered how much is too much? How little is not enough? Where is the perfect balance to be found when writing sex scenes that include BDSM and the D/s dynamic?

My all-time favorite authors wrote sex, of course they did! And while it was definitely hot a lot of my favorite books contain sex scenes that would be considered tame by today’s standards. For me, it was the emotional content of their sex scenes that propelled the interludes into the “whew I need an ice cube” zone.

As the romance genre has grown, the boundaries have expanded and what once would have made a woman gasp, has become the norm. So again what is too much? What isn’t enough? Where is the balance?

For me, the balance is directly dependent on the characters and their story. I cannot tell a lie—I write really hot sex scenes, whether in my erotic or in my romantic suspense. There is something about that elemental tie between a man and woman that demands I give it all I have. (No pun intended, lol)

In MORE, we get Tobias and Ruthie’s story. We get spanking, sex swings, climax-denial and a few other things that really ramp up the intensity of their scenes. But again, it’s the emotional journey these two take that allowed me to open up their smexxy times and I think makes each scene hotter, sexier, more fulfilling for the character and the reader. MORE is an erotic romance so of course a reader will expect sex. I can only hope they will be able handle the intensity of the bond between Tobias and Ruthie which takes that sexy to a whole new level.

So I would love to know—what book has the perfect smexxy times for you? What makes you want to get an ice cube or a fan and sit there for a few minutes waiting on your heartbeat to slow down?

Thanks for having me today, Romancing the Readers!

Author Info
Lea Griffith began sneaking to read her mother’s romance novels at a young age. She cut her teeth on the greats: McNaught, Woodiwiss, and Garwood. A firm believer that love makes the world go round, she still consumes every romance book she can put her hands on, but now she writes her own.
Lea lives with her husband and three teenage daughters in rural Georgia. Two dogs, a cat, and a beta fish named Coddy George complete a family that is always in motion. When not working at the EDJ, she’s usually at her keyboard, using every spare second to write. Science fiction, paranormal and contemporary romance, oh my! Nothing is off-limits when it comes to her writing.
