A
million dollar mistake…
Marrying
millionaire David Merrick was the biggest mistake of Jenna Caldwell’s
life. Two years after their divorce, Jenna is still on the run,
relocating to a new place every few months after each terrifying
run-in with her ex. No matter where she hides, he always finds her,
and each time his temper worsens. Bruised, battered, and bloodied,
Jenna takes her lawyer’s advice and relocated to a quiet ranch in
Colorado in the hopes that she can finally stop running…
Another
chance at finding a safe-haven…
Jack
Turner was also running; in the hopes of forgetting about his
nightmarish experiences in the army, he’s retreated to his family’s
ranch. But Jenna shows up and forces him out of his isolation—and
right into her arms. All he wants to do is pull her close and protect
her from the world—and especially from her stalker of an ex. But
David Merrick is on the hunt for Jenna and he won’t stop until
she’s dead.
…And
a romance worth the risk
Despite
the looming danger posed by Jenna’s ex, Jack and Jenna find
themselves inexorably drawn to each other, and just being with one
another is healing them—both externally and emotionally. But can
Jenna get past the fear factor of giving herself over to another man?

Too
sweet for her own good…
Elizabeth
Hamilton is almost where she wants to be in life: she’s got the
best bakery in town, she’s the daughter of the most feared and
respected judge in the country, and business is booming—but she’s
got no one to share it with. No one, that is, except a grumpy cat
named The Muffin Man, and a social climbing psychotic stalker of an
ex-boyfriend.
But
all of the sweetness in Elizabeth’s life goes sour when she sees
Sam Turner lying unconscious in the street—with car speeding toward
him—she saves him without a moment’s hesitation—and unwittingly
puts herself in the path of a serial murderer. As the only one who
can identify the FBI’s Silver Fox Killer, she’s ended up in the
hospital with a target on her back.A
man who could use some sugar…
Special
Agent Sam Turner owes Elizabeth Hamilton his life—and now, he’s
the only one who can save hers. After the Silver Fox almost killed
the both of them, Elizabeth and Sam can’t help but spend time
together, and against his better judgment, Sam gets emotionally
involved with the charming, brave woman who rescued him from certain
death. Hell-bent on protecting her from an ex desperate to get her
back—despite a restraining order—and a psychopath bent on
silencing her before she can identify him, Sam is prepared to give up
all he has to keep Elizabeth safe…even his heart.
They set a trap to catch the killer - putting Elizabeth in his hands, with Sam desperate to save her. If he’s lucky, he’ll get his man...and the girl.

How
has your life changed since being published?
So
many things have changed, while others remain exactly the same.
My
kids don't treat me any different. I'm still just mom, taking them to
school and picking them up, making meals, and tucking them into bed.
My teenager still ignores me when I tell him to wake up or take out
the trash. Still, when I hit a new milestone or another book comes
out, they never fail to tell me how cool they think it is that my
books are published and strangers read them. As strange as it seems
to them, I'm still in wonder that people buy and love the books.
While
my husband has always been supportive of everything I do, and he
encouraged me to pursue writing and publishing, I've seen another
side to him. He truly is my number one fan. He may be more obsessed
with checking my sales rank and numbers more than I am.
I
still have a day job, which consumes a good portion of my day. My day
job is all about design projects and deadlines. Writing and
publishing is all about deadlines too. I feel like I'm always
watching the calendar, keeping track of my progress and the days left
before I have to turn something in, whether it's a design, an
article, edits, or my next book.
I
spend more time on Twitter and Facebook and updating my website. I'm
not a diehard social media person. I just don't have the time. I'd
rather be writing or reading.
I
used to spend my free time with the family, watching TV, playing in
the garden, writing, and reading. Now, most of my free time is taken
up with writing articles and blogs, editing whatever book is about to
come out, and writing the next book to be sold. I really miss reading
one book after the other during the week or over a weekend. Now, I'm
lucky if I have a few hours to read, and hopefully finish a book
before I have to get back to work.
One
of the best, most surreal, changes in my life is getting fan mail.
It's amazing that someone likes the books so much they take the time
to go to my website and email me. I try my best to respond to
everyone in a timely manner, though sometimes those deadlines creep
up on me and I get behind on emails. I hope my fans understand, I'm
working on the next book. I love their enthusiasm and request to know
if I'm writing books for their favorite characters. Fans will be
happy to know, yes, I am.
For
those of you waiting for Morgan and Tyler's story, Chasing Morgan:
Book 4: The Hunted Series, is due out this October 2013.
I
still marvel at being a published author. I love writing and hope to
have a long and prolific career. It's a lot of work and takes up
almost every second of my free time, but I wouldn't change it for
anything. When you get to do what you love, it isn't work. I finally
know how that feels.
