Christmas novella's

I love a novella, especially a free one. They give you a insight into how a author writes, or gives you a free gift from a author, making you feel good. During the holidays I read many short stories, but sometime, I feel like I've wasted my time. That's the case when I read two short stories last night. I read A White Cougar Christmas by Eliza Gayle. I just felt like I was missing something. I do feel that it somewhat gave you a look into  what the authors is about, but wished the novella was done a little better.

The next one I read was by a author that I usually enjoy. I can't say that was the case this time. I read A Very Special Robot by Ann Jacobs. With this story I thought my Nook messed up and I didn't have all of the book. It just ended. I was shocked. It's not even worth reading, free or not. If you've read either, let me know what you thought of them. Happy reading!
